The Agriculture, Food, and Nutrition Evidence Center conducts rigorous, transparent, and reproducible reviews to assess the science to inform decision makers of agriculture, food, and nutrition policies and practices. Our work supports evidence-based solutions in the areas of:
- Food and nutrition in child development, maintenance of health, and healthy aging
- Environmental and economic health through agriculture
- Food systems and the food supply
State, federal, and international government agencies and public health entities commission the Evidence Center to evaluate the state of the science to inform their policies, programs, and regulations.
